Ladies and Gentlemen - I have the solution to the NCAA “problem” in college athletics. While the NCAA ignores the rampant violations occuring at the cyclic rate at Southern California and other “favorite” universities, the University of Alabama and Florida State are drafting “appeals” to the NCAA on the penalties imposed to their “self-reported” violations.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL PICKS WEEK 2
