The State of Florida versus the NCAA Don’t you find it interesting that an organization like the NCAA that is “all about” the rules and the selective application there of, is openly defiant in complying with the state law and authorities of Florida?
Ladies and Gentlemen - I have the solution to the NCAA “problem” in college athletics. While the NCAA ignores the rampant violations occuring at the cyclic rate at Southern California and other “favorite” universities, the University of Alabama and Florida State are drafting “appeals” to the NCAA on the penalties imposed to their “self-reported” violations.
